What material are your products made of?
Animal prints are made from velour which is a very durable yet soft material that feels like velvet. Camouflage and Hawaiian prints are made from cotton. Solid colors, 2-tone, checkers and stripes can be made from both velour and cotton. For the material of each product, please read the product's description.
What does the "Semi-custom Fit" size mean?
The seat covers that you see in your local retail store are "universal-fit" seat covers. Basically, that means they will fit a wide variety of vehicles. Just not very well, unfortunately. And if your seats have special specifications like armrests attached, seat belt holders, integrated seat belts etc. they will not fit at all. Moreover, if you have side airbags and the seat covers don't have openings in them, the airbags will not deploy in case of an accident! So if you want a fit that is better than the universal size seat covers but without the hefty $250+ price tag for a pair, then the semi-custom fit seat covers are for you. When you provide us your car's year, make, model and trim (2-Door/4-Door, Convertible/Coupe etc.) we will make them fit your seats.
How long will it take to get my order?
The majority of the products purchased from our website must be carefully manufactured after each customer's order. Please allow 7-10 business days for your products to be designed. Your order will then be posted from New South Wales, Australia and the estimated delivery time is 2-7 business days.
How much does the postage cost?
For the exact postage cost of each product or order you can use the "Estimate Shipping" option in the Shopping Cart page after adding your products to the shopping cart.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all credit/debit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover etc.) through PayPal.
You do NOT need a PayPal account to place an order. Just click on "Pay with Debit or Credit Card" (when redirected to PayPal) and enter your card details there.
What is your Return Policy?
You can contact us to request a return within 30 days after receiving the product. You can choose to receive a refund as money back or in the form of an exchange. Return shipping is always the buyer's responsibility. Refunds will only be given for the merchandise (no refunds on shipping charges.) 20% restocking fee may be charged. Merchandise has to be returned in good, unused condition.
Returns will not be accepted without RMA#. Please ask for RMA# before sending the items back.
